Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means your return needs to be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your original order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unwashed. 

To start a return, email us at tomtomsshop@gmail.com. Please include in your name, the email address you used to make the order and your order number. 

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or color? Email us at tomtomsshop@gmail.com Please include your name, the email address you used to make the order and your order number. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s). You may return your merchandise and we will refund you (minus the shipping cost) to the following address:

Please include in your return package your name, the email address you used to make the order and your order number. 

Be sure to get tracking information. We will not be responsible for lost packages. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Defective items or received the wrong item

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at tomtomsshop@gmail.com if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right :) 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
